   3.2 The customer is responsible for the correct use of the services and must adhere to the instructions of 2Mates.

   4.2 Payments must be made within the period stated on the invoice.

   5.2 The customer indemnifies 2Mates against claims from third parties resulting from the use of the services.

   6.1 2Mates processes personal data of the customer in accordance with the 2Mates Privacy Statement, which is available on the website.
   6.2 By using the services of 2Mates, the customer gives permission for the processing of his personal data as described in the Privacy Statement.
   
    
7. Intellectual Property Rights
   7.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the services remain the property of 2Mates.
   7.2 The customer is not permitted to copy, distribute or otherwise exploit the services, or parts thereof, without the written permission of 2Mates.
   
    
8. Complaints and Disputes
   8.1 Complaints about the services must be submitted to 2Mates in writing within 14 days after the complaint arose.
   8.2 Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where 2Mates is established.
   
    
9. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
   9.1 2Mates reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions.
   9.2 Changes will be announced by e-mail or via the website and will take effect on the date of publication.
