2Mates Coldstores B.V. has a storage capacity of 10,000 pallet spaces, for both chilled and frozen products. The storage cells are all equipped with drive-in and/or wheeled racks, suitable for loads up to 1,350 kg and pallet heights up to 230 cm.
Tunnel freezing
2Mates Coldstores B.V. has a freezing tunnel capacity of 120 tons per 24-hour period. Under very low temperatures combined with high air speeds, products are frozen quickly and efficiently.
Plate Freezing
2Mates Coldstores B.V. has a plate freezing capacity of 65 tons per 24-hour period. Plate freezing is a very efficient form of freezing in which the properties of your product are optimally preserved.
Packaging
2Mates Coldstores B.V. has ample packing capacity. All your products can be packed by us to your specifications in crates or boxes and labeled with text and weight.
Inventory Management
Inventories are maintained by us using fully automated inbound and outbound registers.
All storage locations are provided with unique bar codes, allowing us to use scanners to record the locations of storage units.
